Section Advisers Invited to 1999 Planning Meeting
Section advisers will again be invited to participate in the National Planning Meeting to be held December 27-30, 1999 at Westlake, Texas. An official invitation and registration information will be mailed from the national office in October to the section adviser of record for each section.
Section advisers who plan to attend must provide their own transportation and pay the meeting registration fee which includes hotel acccommodations and meals. Air travelers should plan to arrive at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport by 1:30 pm on December 27, with departure anytime on December 30. A courtesy shuttle will provide transportation between DFW Airport and the hotel (no ground transportation provided from Love Field).
This advance notice is being provided to facilitate early booking of discount flights.
