2002 National Planning Meeting
Each December, all the section chiefs are invited to attend a National Planning Meeting, held near Dallas, Texas. During this event, they elect the national officers for the coming year, and plan for the upcoming program of emphasis. The National Order of the Arrow Committee also meets during this time.
From December 27 to 30, 2002, the chiefs will meet, elect the 2002 national officers, and began detailed planning for Philbreak, Indian Summer 2003, and other programs. Read more about the results of the 2002 National Planning Meeting below.

Program Vice Chiefs
The section chiefs have selected the Program Vice Chiefs (PVCs)
for the coming year. See who will be leading the major OA programs

Grant Recipients Announced
A list of 2003 OA Service Grant recipients was announced on December 29.
Conclave Training Initiative Introduced
The Leadership Development subcommittee of
the National Order of the Arrow Committee introduced
a new resource for section conclave training at
the 2002 National Planning Meeting, the Conclave Training Initiative.
2002 National Chief & Vice Chief Closing Thoughts
As the National Planning Meeting began, the outgoing
National Chief and National Vice Chief reflected on their
past year of service.
