• Added a OA resources area, containing new information on available publications, downloadable forms, and official links. Moved the new OA logo pages to that area.
• Added a Background Info area, with new basic information on the OA, and more information on the website.
• Added a Questions & Answers area, with various questions and answers of general interest.
• Revised and expanded the web site policy statement.
• Adjusted the search results output to display better.
• Added a site map.
