C. Goals and Objectives:

  • Promote two of the four parts of the OA purpose in developing and maintaining camping traditions and spirits, and promoting Scout camping.
  • Show our brothers how to use BSA equipment in a camping environment.
  • Show new and proven methods of camping.
  • Demonstrate to all that working on advancement and living in an outdoor setting can be fun for all.
  • Demonstrate how the ASK (Arrowmen Sharing Knowledge) program can work in the lodge.
  • Allow all participants to participate and have fun in The Outdoor Adventure Place.

  • ASK - Initiative and problem solving games and activities; winter camping; team building; climbing wall; and much more!
  • Campsite - Official BSA equipment on display and in use; Scoutcraft demonstrations; cooking demonstrations; sharing of ideas; more!
  • Leave No Trace - learn from the experts!
